I did a gorilla-trekking tour in 2019 and had the pleasure of meeting Emmanuel. I did plenty of research beforehand, and as a woman traveling on my own, it was especially important that I choose a reputable tour company. I felt very safe with him as my driver, guide, and translator. He was professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and punctual. It was a long, but pleasant drive from Kigali to Lake Mutanda. The vehicle was a newer model, spotlessly clean, with air conditioning. Emmanuel is a very safe and skilled driver. Gorilla trekking was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and he helped ensure that it all went smoothly. I cannot recommend Nyakagezi highly enough.
